Foundy — Terms of Use
The agreement between you and this app, in plain language.
These terms govern your use of Foundy ("the app"). By installing or using the app you agree to them; if you do not agree, do not use the app.
Using the app
- You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes in line with these terms and the rules of the app store you installed it from.
- You are responsible for the device, the account and the content you use with the app.
- Do not misuse the app: no interference with its operation, no unlawful use, and no reverse engineering beyond what applicable law allows.
Subscriptions and purchases
The app offers a subscription or in-app purchase. The purchase is processed by the app store (Apple App Store or Google Play) under that store's terms, and the price is shown before you buy. A subscription renews automatically until it is cancelled in the store's subscription settings; cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid the next charge. Refunds are handled by the store under its policy. "Restore purchases" reactivates purchases already made with the same store account.
Content and intellectual property
The app, its design and its content are licensed to you, not sold. You keep the rights to content you create with the app; the app's own material remains the property of its publisher.

Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.
Changes and termination
These terms may be updated as the app evolves; the current version is always published at this address, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it.
